Isha Gaines is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holistic wellness educator with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations in building emotional clarity, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Her work is grounded in two proprietary frameworks she developed — Rooted Function Theory™ and FIVE BODIES™ — which guide how emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and embodied practices are translated into practical tools for personal and professional environments.

Isha brings a clinically informed, culturally responsive approach to wellness and delivers her corporate and organizational work through individual services or through her Workplace Wellness Organization, HeartOnsite

Corporate Wellness Workshops

I design and facilitate immersive corporate wellness workshops that support employee wellbeing, sustainable performance, and organizational resilience. My workshops go beyond surface level stress management, helping teams build healthier rhythms, emotional awareness, and practical tools for navigating high demand environments.

My approach integrates mindfulness, movement, affirmations, mental health processing, and functional wellness education to create experiences that are engaging, restorative, and directly applicable to today’s workplace.

Since 2018, I have partnered with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations to deliver customized wellness programming aligned with organizational goals, workplace culture, and human resources initiatives.

Every workshop is fully customized and designed around the needs of your team. Programming can support leadership development, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, team cohesion, and trauma informed workplace practices. Sessions can also align with HR requirements, professional development goals, employee wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

  • Mindfulness and emotional regulation

  • What Clients Are Saying "Isha delivered an energizing and deeply practical session for our associates on Reset for Resilience. With just a few simple tools, she helped our teams reconnect to what fuels their focus, well-being, and personal power — at work and in life. We had nearly 80 virtual attendees and an intimate in-person group, all actively engaged and reflecting in real time. Isha's presence is calming, her message is empowering, and her tools are immediately usable. Our associates walked away feeling seen, recharged, and better equipped to handle the demands of leadership and everyday life. I'd gladly bring her back again." — Casandra Washington, Director of Talent Activation, Invitation Homes

  • Results That Matter

    Results That Matter

Using standardized, clinically validated assessments — the PHQ (Patient Health Questionnaire, which measures depression) and the GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale) — to track real client progress over time:

    • One client's depression score dropped from Moderately Severe to Mild range over several months of care, with anxiety symptoms improving in parallel.

    • Another client sustained Minimal-range anxiety and depression scores across a full year of ongoing support — including a point where anxiety symptoms were effectively absent.

    • A third client's anxiety score moved from Severe to Mild following trauma-informed, function-based intervention, alongside measurable improvement in mood and daily functioning.

Individual results vary. These reflect standardized assessment outcomes for individual clients in ongoing care and are not a guarantee of specific results for every client or organization.
