Hey yall this is Isha, your holistic practitioner and here’s something to help you detox your Mind, Body and Skinn with the three C’s: Cognition, Calcium and Vitamin C.

MIND: Cognition

Your cognition includes thinking, attention, language, learning, memory and perception. If you have low productivity, forgetting things or have a flawed perception you could have low cognitive functioning. Things that help with cognition are therapy, supplements and creating new experiences that can improve cognitive functioning. 


BODY: Calcium

We have been misinformed, the best source of Calcium is not from cow's milk. Calcium plays a key role in bone health, pregnancy, lactation, and growth. Good sources cabbage, kale, broccoli and some dairy products including yogurt


SKINN: Vitamin C

Support your skin from the inside out with vitamin C. Vitamin C can be used topically for brightening, dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Since Vitamin C is water soluble it wont stay in your body for too long. This means you gotta keep flowing. You can get Vitamin C through my Better Vitals Tea and through tablets and supplements.
